Refund & Returns Policy

We’re committed to ensuring every order meets your expectations. Please review our return policy below to understand how to request a return or credit.
1. How to Start a Return
To begin a return, please contact your Sales Representative or email support@alphabrands.one.
When requesting a return, please include:
- Business name and/or Customer ID
- Product name and quantity (in individual units allowed for Mellow Fellow, Twenty One Cannabis, Cherried, Relif Botanicals, and Nice; full POPs required for all other brands)
- Reason for return (see list below)
- Invoice number(s) for the product(s)
2. Eligibility for Return or Credit
- Timeframe:
- Standard products: within 90 days of the invoice date
- Flower finished goods: within 45 days of the invoice date
- Drinks: Not eligible for return. Credit will only be issued for documented damages (photos required).
- All products must be returned in complete POPs; individual units are only eligible for Mellow Fellow, Twenty One Cannabis, Cherried, Relif Botanicals, and Nice products.
- Condition: Products must be unused, unblemished (no stickers), in original packaging, and resellable (not expired).
- Final Sale Items: Products sold at liquidation or blowout prices are final sale and not eligible for return or credit.
3. Review & Approval Process
Once we receive your request:
- Returns are reviewed within 5 business days.
- Approved returns will receive a prepaid return shipping label, valid for 14 days.
- If products are not shipped within 2 weeks, a 15% restocking fee will apply.
- If products are not returned within 1 month, the return will be closed and the label voided.
All return labels and Bills of Lading (BOLs) must be issued by Alpha Brands, including for compliance-related returns.
4. Inspection & Credit
Once your return is received:
- The warehouse will inspect the products within 5 business days.
- Eligible products will be credited within 2 business days after inspection.
- Products that are damaged, used, expired, or not authorized for return will be held for 5 days.
- Your sales rep will be notified and may request that you provide a shipping label to retrieve those items.
- After 5 days, ineligible products will be discarded.
Unauthorized returns or products sent without prior approval will incur a 15% restocking fee and may experience processing delays.
5. Bulk Flower Returns
- A QC sample (⅛ oz) is provided before opening bulk flower packaging.
- If unsatisfied, the unopened bulk flower must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
- Opened or tampered bulk flower is not eligible for credit.
- All flower returns are processed through our Tennessee warehouse.
- RMAs must be submitted and approved within 7 days of receipt.
6. Missing or Damaged Products
- Claims for missing products or shipments must be reported within 10 business days of delivery.
- Please include detailed notes and photos (if applicable) when submitting your claim.
7. Compliance Returns
Compliance returns apply to products that become non-compliant due to regulatory, legal, or enforcement changes (for example: packaging bans, flavor restrictions, THC limits, or labeling updates).
Notice of Regulatory Changes
When there is a change in regulations, Alpha Brands will notify you directly.
Any products that are no longer in compliance will have a 30-day window from the date of notice to be returned for credit consideration.
What Qualifies
A product may qualify for a compliance return if:
- A state or federal regulatory authority issues a new restriction or prohibition.
- A documented change in law or rule makes the product or its packaging illegal for sale.
8. Common Return Reasons
- Damaged or defective product (e.g., leaking, clogged, dud)
- Discoloration (edibles or oil)
- Wrong item or flavor received
- Overordered or incorrect product ordered
- Product not selling
- Packaging banned or unsealed
- Subpar quality (flower)
- State legality or compliance issues
- Shop closure
9. Exceptions & Appeals
If your return is denied and you believe it qualifies for an exception, your Sales Representative may submit an appeal to the Returns Exceptions Board within 5 days of denial.
10. Processing Timeline
