Refunds, returns, and exchanges

 

At Alpha Brands, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products that meet their expectations. If you receive damaged or defective products, we will accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To initiate a return, please fill out the form provided within 5 business days of receiving the damaged or defective products. If 3 or more pieces from the same product order are damaged or defective, we will send a replacement after inspecting the returned package. For orders with less than 3 damaged or defective pieces, we will issue a credit to your account for the amount of the damaged or defective products.
