Scope:
This policy applies to all business sales of products intended for domestic markets within the United States by Arvida Labs, LLC, Alpha Brands, LLC, and LG Wholesale, LLC. “Internationally” refers to any sale outside the U.S.

Shipping Requirements

  1. B2B Inputs and Customer Information:
    For all Business-to-Business (B2B) transactions, the following information must be collected and logged in CRM system:

    • Customer’s complete contact information, including email address, phone number, and physical address.
    • Customer’s Employer Identification Number (EIN), Resellers Certificate or other necessary business identification details.
  2. Credit Application for Products on Terms:
    If the purchase is made on credit terms, the customer is required to complete and sign a credit  application that must be uploaded to the CRM system before product shipment.
  3. Shipping Costs:
    • Orders over $750 will qualify for free shipping.
    • For LTL (Less Than Truckload) pallet orders, shipping costs of $129/pallet will be charged to the customer.
    • Customers who wish to expedite shipping may choose to pay for it, while we may expedite shipping at our discretion in the event of delays.
  4. Shipping Times:
    • Ground shipping times may take up to 5-7 business days for delivery, depending on the destination and carrier conditions.
  5. Lost in Transit:
    In the unfortunate event that a product is lost in transit, we will assess each situation on a case-by-case basis. Customers are encouraged to promptly inform their designated representative to initiate the resolution process.
  6. Product Issues Reporting:
    Any issues or discrepancies related to received products must be reported to the respective representative within 5 business days of receiving the product. Failure to report within the stipulated time frame will result in the buyer assuming responsibility for the full Purchase Order (PO).
