How to Adjust Quantities and Remove Products

 

Sometimes, when you’re stocking up, a product in your cart might not have enough inventory to fully complete your order. It’s a common situation that can cause a small delay at checkout if you’re not aware of it ahead of time.

Our real-time inventory feature takes the guesswork out of shopping. If an item in your cart has low stock, it gets flagged right away so you can adjust before reaching checkout. That way, you stay in control of your order and can keep the process smooth and simple.

 

Step 1: Add Products to Your Cart

Browse through our catalog and fill your cart with the products you want.

Step 2: Review Your Cart

Head over to your shopping cart page. Here, you’ll instantly see if your selected products are in stock.

If everything is available, checkout works as usual. 

If an item has low or unavailable inventory, it will be flagged for adjustment.

 

Step 3: Adjust Quantities

If an item in your cart is flagged, simply adjust the quantity to match the available stock shown below the item name, or remove it to proceed with your order.

Step 4: Proceed to Checkout

Once your cart is updated, you can proceed to checkout with confidence, knowing all your selected products are available and ready for you.

How to Download and Print Your Orders

 

Keeping track of your orders should be as simple as placing them. That’s why we’ve added a new feature to your dashboard that lets you easily download and print your orders whenever you need them. Whether you’re filing paperwork, preparing for inventory checks, or just want a hard copy for your records, this tool puts everything at your fingertips.

Important: Downloaded and printed orders are summaries for your records only. They are not invoices.

 

Step 1: Log In to Your Dashboard

Start by signing into your account and heading over to your dashboard. This is your central hub for managing everything from current orders to past purchases.

Step 2: Go to “My Orders”

In the navigation menu, select My Orders. This will show a complete list of your recent and past orders, all neatly organized in one place.

Step 3: Select the Order You Need

Click on the order you’d like to download or print. You’ll see all the details laid out clearly, including the order number, date, and total cost.

Step 4: Download or Print

Once you see your desired order, you’ll have the option to click on:

 

Print Order: This will open a print screen where you can review and print your selected order. Perfect for record-keeping or sharing with your team.

Download Order: This will download a digital copy of your order to your device for easy access later.

 

Remember, these documents are not invoices, but convenient order summaries to help you stay organized.

How to Track Shipments

 

Waiting on an order can feel uncertain if you don’t know where it is or when it will arrive. That’s why we’ve made it simple to track your shipments directly through your dashboard.

With our tracking feature, you’ll always know the status of your order in real time. From the moment it leaves our warehouse to the moment it reaches your door, there is no guessing and no stress, just clear updates that keep you in the loop.

 

Step 1: Go to Your Customer Dashboard

Log into your account and head to your dashboard, where all of your order activity lives.

 

Step 2: Click on the “Orders” Tab

This section is your central hub for everything related to past and current orders.

Step 3: Choose Your Desired Option

Within your orders list, you’ll see several options you can select:

Pay: Complete payment for pending orders

View: See detailed information about your order

Cancel: Cancel an order (if eligible)

Reorder: Quickly repurchase the same items

Print Order: Print a record of your order (note: this is not an invoice)

Download Order: Save a digital copy of your order (also not an invoice)

 

Step 4: Track Your Order

To track a shipment, click any tracking number shown in the order box. If your order ships in multiple parts, you may see more than one tracking number.
